Program Summary
The cognitive behavioral treatment approach utilized by PARC is considered "state of the art" treatment for those with anxiety disorders. This psycho-educational program helps people break the cycle of anxiety. Using knowledge, skills and community you can learn to face your fear. Both individual and group options are available.

Schedule
Depending on the group and size, sessions are typically 90 minutes long. The groups meet weekly, except for holidays (i.e. Easter weekend, July 4th, Labor Day, Xmas, New Year's), for approximately 15-20 sessions. If you are unable to attend a session, make up sessions are available online, or in person.

We accept Master Card / Visa / Check / Cash
No contract is required. You can pay as you go.
- Group sessions: $75
- Initial evaluation: $200
- Individual sessions: $165 (1/2 session $85)
Insurance
Most PPO plans will reimburse you for part of the costs for services rendered. Payment is due at the time of service. We provide the insurance forms to submit to your carrier. They will send the reimbursement check directly to you.
Materials Fees
Typical material fees range from $30 - $50.

Compulsive Hoarding
The uncontrolled acquisition and saving of objects that precludes activities for which the rooms of a home were designed.
